-You can bring your own decorations

– You can bring outside drinks and food

-We offer the biggest bang for your buck

-You’ll have the entire event space to yourself 

-There’s no limit to how many guests you can have.

  • What is the refund policy?
    WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. You can move your booking to another date with at least a 7 day notice.
  • Do we allow alcohol?
    ABSOLETULY NOT. If there is alcohol present, the party will be terminated immediately, and everyone will be escorted out of the building.
  • How many tables are available in the party area?
    We have an area with 5 tables set up for your party guests to dine and sit during the festivities. 4 of these tables are for seating, with benches on either side of each table, and the 5th table is for your cake/food/presents/decorations.
  • Can we bring our own food and drinks?
    Absolutely! You do not have to order food and drinks through us, but we do require your foods to be FINGER FOODS ONLY! We ask that you do not bring potluck-style foods--so not crockpots, instant pots, air fryers, hot plates, etc. Pizza is acceptable of course, as well as finger foods like snacks, sandwiches, cake, cupcakes, etc. Many have had Canes catering as well, and that is perfectly fine also. We just ask that you respect our facility and refrain from any other foods due to the high risk of damage to property caused by large messes.
  • What are the rules for children?
    We try to keep rules clearly posted throughout our facilities, and we ask that the adults help to ensure that these rules are followed by everyone. Our staff may have to ask individuals to refrain from behavior that could potentially cause injury to someone or cause damage to our property. Repeated violation of our rules may result in dismissal from the facility or fees charged to the party host.
  • What are the rules for adults?
    The three most important things we ask of our adult guests are: Please be respectful of other parties and arrive/exit within your 15 minute allotted time before and after your time slot. Use active supervision while children under your care are inside our facility. You may not leave any minors unattended, and we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur as a result of a lack of supervision. Help us keep our facility clean for the next round of guests! We are happy to take out the trash, restock supplies, vacuum, mop, sanitize, etc. However, we do ask that you tidy up as much as possible before you leave, dispose of all trash, and clean up any large spills.
  • Can my church/daycare/school schedule an event here?
    Absolutely! We welcome any and all church groups, homeschool co-ops, childcare centers, or any other family-friendly events! Contact us by phone, text, email, or even Facebook, and we'd be happy to help you plan an event to fit your needs!
  • What is an FAQ section?
